Over 30+ Years Serving Fairmont & Surrounding Communities
Dr. Welchlin and his team helped diagnose my over-year-long debilitating back pain, which I had surgically fused today. I was able to go home only two hours later. Thank you!

We're here to help.
1How soon are appointments available?
We are welcoming new and existing patients for in-person and telemedicine visits. We strive to see patients same day or within the week.
2What's your cancellation policy?
Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy. As a courtesy to all we ask that at least a 24-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. In the event that an appointment is canceled within 24-hours, or you do not show, we will charge $25 to your account. We respect all our Providers' time as they are typically have very full schedules. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our updated policy. This allows our team to continue to provide the highest quality service to you and future patients.

A thorough examination is the first step. Your medical history will be taken. Necessary tests will then be ran such as: x-rays, MRI, ultrasound. After testing is completed, the patient will be asked to follow up, at this time your provider will review results with you and make a final recommendation.
