Mike J. Squiers, MSPT, Rehabilitation, Director Mike has a wide range of professional experience in the health care field having provided rehabilitation for home health, inpatient, skilled nursing, outpatient, industrial and high school sports clientele. His professional career began while working in a reputable outpatient facility where he was able to assist in the prevention and rehabilitation of all ages of clients was well as provide sports coverage for 2 area high schools in Eastern Iowa. In 2002, Mike moved to Minnesota where he gained valuable management experience and had the opportunity to assist in the development of hospital-based physical therapy while treating Home Health, inpatient, and outpatient clientele. Mike transitioned to CSC in 2007 and serves as working Rehabilitation Director while overseeing the daily operations and staffing needs at the Fairmont and Blue Earth facilities. He will also assist in providing outreach services to local high schools. Mike is an Iowa native and grew up along the shores of the ‘Mighty Mississippi River’ in Bellevue, Iowa. Mike earned his Master’s of Science degree from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa in 1998. One of Mike’s greatest memories of his internship experiences was working closely with the NFL champions – Indianapolis Colts football team and staff in the months prior to graduation. Mike has attended several continuing education courses over the years and currently is a certified Isernhagen specialist for treatment and analysis of industrial rehabilitation clientele. Mike has a special interest in assessing and treating clients with orthopaedic conditions and brings an eclectic approach to treatment with great patient outcomes. Mike is very active in the community and serves as a volunteer youth baseball and basketball coach for Blue Earth. Mike and his wife are busy raising their 2 children. His hobbies include: being outdoors, jogging, bicycling, fishing, and hanging out with his family and friends. Education: Master’s of Science, Clarke College, Dubuque, Iowa 1998
