Kent Michael Patrick, M.D.

Dr. Patrick is a spinal specialist treating scoliosis, deformity, reconstruction, and spine diseases.  He performs spine surgery at the Center for Specialty Care and sees patients in Fairmont.

Dr. Patrick earned Bachelor of Arts at Drake University and his MD or Medical Doctorate at the University of Iowa.  He then went to an internship and clinical training at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester before entering private orthopaedic practice in Des Moines.  After practicing general orthopaedics for 4 years, Dr. Patrick decided to pursue a sub specialty focusing on spine injuries and surgeries.  He completed a year long Spine Fellowship at the New York University Medical Center in New York. 

Prior to joining the Center for Specialty Care, Dr. Patrick practiced in Sacramento, California for over 20 years.  He is excited to bring his much needed expertise to the Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa area in which he was born, raised, and became established as a health care professional.  He will lead an integrative approach by the team at the Center for Specialty Care in treating and healing back problems.
