Procedures performed at SCSC include:

• Joint Preservation and Repair - Arthritic pain and joint stability is addressed in a couple of different approaches. Unispacers, injection therapy and other methods are used to help restore ligament tension and normal knee alignment while preserving the patient's natural bone.
• Autologous Cultured Chondrocyte Implantation (ACI) - This procedure for knee cartilage defects involves removing a small portion of the patient's cartilage. The tissue is sent to a lab to grow cartilage cells. Several weeks later, the cells are implanted into the defect area of the patient's knee to repair the injury.
• Minimal incision hip, knee and hemi knee replacements
